Looking at your old wedding photos is fun for most women, but can be particularly fun for those whose long-term memory is much stronger than their short-term memory. So dust off the old wedding album (or wedding slides!) and see what stories those old photos shake loose. Or, if the person is in the late stages of the disease, let them look at the photos while someone tells stories about the event.
Ideas to get the memories flowing include:
How old were you when you got married?
How did he propose?
How did you decide what to wear?
Who were your bridesmaids/groomsmen?
Where were you married?
What was your first dance?
Where did you go on your honeymoon?
What was your ceremony like?
Did you throw the bouquet/garter? Who caught it?
