Forgive me, this isn’t really an activity, but in honor of World Alzheimer’s Day, here is a list of famous people who you may or may not have known had Alzheiemr’s disease.

Charles Bronson, Actor, film director. Best known for his roles in “Once Upon a Time in the West”, “The Magnificent Seven”, “The Dirty Dozen”, “The Great Escape”, and the “Death Wish” series.

Aaron Copland, Composer. Famous works include “Appalachian Spring”, “The Tender Land” and the scores for the films “Of Mice and Men” and “Our Town”

William Hanna (right), Cartoonist. Co-Founder of Hanna-Barbara animation studio which produced cartoons such as “The Flinstones”, “The Jetsons”, “Scooby Do”, “Yogi Bear” and “The Smurfs”

Rita Hayworth, Actress/Dancer. Best known for the films “Gilda”, “Cover Girl” and “The Lady from Shanghai”.

Charlton Heston, Actor best known for his roles in “The Ten Commandments”, “Planet of the Apes”, “Ben Hur” and “Soylent Green” and as the president of the National Rifle Association.

Jack Lord, Actor best known for his role as Steve McGarrett in the television series “Hawaii Five-O”.
